An 85 cm chain allows weight plates to be attached to the belt and secured with the carabiner closure, with a stated maximum load capacity of 100 kg. The lightweight nylon body has a soft interior for comfort around the waist. Use it to increase resistance during exercises such as weighted dips, chin-ups and squats.
