Designed for Blood Flow Restriction training of the arms, the Gorilla Wear BFR Bands allow you to adjust the amount of pressure around the upper arm. The Velcro closure makes the fit adjustable, while the flexible neoprene construction sits around the arm during targeted BFR exercises. The bands are supplied as a pair and finished with embroidered Gorilla Wear branding. BFR training should always be performed with careful attention to how tightly the bands are secured.
